Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to community, parents, and other stakeholders
- Answer multi-line phone
- Greet guests including parents, students, faculty, and delivery drivers
- Additional administrative tasks including typing, filing paperwork, completing small projects and data entry
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of clerical or other relevant work experience
- Excellent communications, detail oriented, and able to remain organized while handling paperwork
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving skills to identify resources to address guests’ concerns
