Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shipping Manager in coordinating truck deliveries and communicating with customers and sales reps about shipments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing and filing shipping paperwork.
- Work with the Shipping Manager to keep documents organized in Microsoft OneDrive.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager by updating delivery times for orders through communication with manufacturers and freight companies
- Process receiving paperwork and enter receipts into the Acumatica ERP system.
- Provide general administrative support to both the Shipping and Purchasing Managers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OneDrive
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems like Acumatica or QuickBooks is a plus but not required
Work Environment:
- This role is based in a professional office within a clean and well-maintained warehouse.
- You will work closely with the Shipping Manager, Purchasing Manager, three warehouse team members, and three full-time drivers.
