Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of tellers and CSR, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including handling escalated customer inquiries, transactions, and problem resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and service objectives, including cross-selling bank products and services.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members.
- Work with senior management to support branch initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Support adherence to all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring operational integrity and minimizing risk.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Experience in banking or financial services industry a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
