Reputable company close to Forest Acres area is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to add to their team! This is a support position that works closely with the underwriting team by providing service and policy documents to their retail insurance agency partners. The ideal employee has a Bachelors degree and previous customer service/office support background.

- Delivering superior service to insurance agents by issuing and emailing policy documents, processing endorsements and cancellations as well as maintaining the policy file throughout the entirety of the policy.
- Supporting the underwriting team by accurately inputting information and documents into our management system.
- Responsible for quoting renewals on current expiring policies.
- Binding quotes and providing policy documents to our retail agents.
- Following up with agents on any necessary documents the company is waiting on.
- Effectively convey and receive messages in by phone, email in a timely manner.
- Opportunity to assist with social media/ marketing alongside various additional support tasks.
