Must have at least 3 years in Heavy Truck Maintenance. Must provide own tools/toolbox.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and fleet equipment
- Conduct DOT inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Replace and service common components (oil, brakes, tires, belts, batteries, lights, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate service records using the fleet management system
- Refuel vehicles and replenish fluids
- Mount, dismount, and repair truck tires
- Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators)
- Support general facility upkeep, including:
- Cleaning shop and wash areas
- Maintaining recyclables and bulk storage
- Assisting with basic plumbing, carpentry, and grounds task
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE guideline
- Take direction from supervisors and work independently when needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing Class 8 heavy-duty trucks
- Heavy equipment maintenance experience is needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings
- CDL license NOT required, but of course a plus
- $23-28/hour

Schedule:
- Typically working early shift, 6am to 3pm
- Approximately 5 hours of Over time are expected per week (will be paid 1.5x for OT)
