Our client, a commercial real estate company specialized in healthcare, is seeking a temporary Assistant Property Manager in Upland, PA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced property management or real estate professional with strong administrative and basic accounting skills who is looking to get their foot in the door with a fantastic organization.
 
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
Schedule: Fully onsite
Length of Assignment: 1-2 months 
Hourly Pay Rate: $33-35 hr.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Supports Property Manager/General Manager
  • Tracks progress of goals, objectives, timelines and budgets
  • Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations as required
  • Participates in preparation of financial and management reports
  • Monitors collections & coordinates default proceedings
  • Assists in monitoring operating expenses and preparing adjustments and recoveries
  • Participates with maintenance staff to develop 5-year capital plan
  • Ensures excellent customer service and facilitates surveys
  • Oversees facility operations related to maintenance, vendors, inspections, construction, safety, and compliance
  • Oversees housekeeping and maintenance
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Basic accounting knowledge and demonstrated experience
  • 60-65 WPM
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and aptitude for mathematics
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
