A well known client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to their team. The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the helpdesk team
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone coverage for the IT Services Helpdesk.
- Provides helpdesk and training support to end-users.
- Repairs and replaces computer hardware.
- Provides technical assistance to office staff.
- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the IT ticketing system and will ensure the timely resolution of trouble tickets and service requests.
