The Talent & Organizational Development Manager drives talent strategies that enhance leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring one onsite day per week, with 10% travel. This role leads key initiatives, designs impactful learning experiences, and implements change strategies that support business growth. Additionally, they will develop a structured framework to define roles, success measures, and career progression, strengthening employee engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance employee growth, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and manage leadership development programs, including training, coaching, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Lead succession planning efforts, working with business leaders to build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, leveraging data insights to improve workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to assess organizational needs, implement change management strategies, and support career development.
  • Oversee learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee growth.
  • Champion internal mobility and career progression, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Track and analyze talent metrics, using data to measure impact and optimize programs.
  • Oversee program development, project execution, and vendor partnerships.
  • Support additional HR and talent initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or change management, with a focus on leadership programs.
  • Proven ability to design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong experience in performance management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive talent initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Experience supporting multi-state or geographically distributed teams preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about making a positive impact.
