Position: Structural Engineer
- Reports to: Director of Structural Engineering
- Perform design, computations, evaluations for both commercial and wireless telecom industries
- Provide CAD support for preparation of structural design drawings
- Coordinate with field crew for structure mapping and inspection projects
- Prepare engineering reports with recommendations
- Review government agency requirements
- Communicate with clients on design needs & production deadlines
Requirements:
- Commercial tower analysis software (tnxTower)
- Familiar with RISA 3D, MathCAD
- Knowledge of foundation analysis (Caisson, LPILE)
- AutoCAD
- Structural engineering experience
- Knowledge of tower and foundation reinforcement methods, wireless telecom structural analysis and design, structure mapping and inspection techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, EIT preferred
