A software company in Dunwoody, Georgia is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner for a 6-12 month contract. This position will assist the VP of Human Resources with onboarding, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, and performance management.
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
Schedule: Hybrid; 2 days remote
Length of Assignment: 6 – 12 months

Responsibilities:
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures
- Foster positive manager/employee relationships
- Assist with performance management
- Deploy people review process to ensure the follow up of the career paths, succession planning, and development tools
- Demonstrate knowledge of employment law
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Partner with labor law legal team/attorneys to resolve all EEOC and/or lawsuits/litigation
- Champion and embody the company culture and values
- Monitor engagement via employment surveys
- Utilize data insights to guide decision making
- Offer solutions to support strong culture
- Assist with company events
- Facilitate annual merit program and promotion-based salary increases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SHRM and PHR preferred
- 5-8 years of HR experience
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent
- Strong initiative and adaptability
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 – $50 hr.
