A family-owned residential construction company in College Station is hiring a New Home Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead a sales team to reach goals related to gross sales, net sales, pre-construction meetings, customer satisfaction, number of closings, and tour-to-contract conversions. You’ll also be part of each closing process, providing expertise and coaching as needed. This is a direct hire position, 100% onsite.

- Manage the hiring, training, activity, and performance of the sales team
- Conduct weekly sales team meetings
- Build external relationships with lenders, title companies, and industry partners
- Oversee progression of customers through the home building process
- Analyze and report sales metrics to company leadership on a weekly basis
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all software, processes, and documentation
- Lead networking activities and represent the company at industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in new home sales & sales management
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- High technical aptitude
- Strong people skills
- Client focused
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience
