A family-owned residential construction company in College Station is hiring a New Home Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead a sales team to reach goals related to gross sales, net sales, pre-construction meetings, customer satisfaction, number of closings, and tour-to-contract conversions. You’ll also be part of each closing process, providing expertise and coaching as needed. This is a direct hire position, 100% onsite. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hiring, training, activity, and performance of the sales team
  • Conduct weekly sales team meetings
  • Build external relationships with lenders, title companies, and industry partners
  • Oversee progression of customers through the home building process
  • Analyze and report sales metrics to company leadership on a weekly basis
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all software, processes, and documentation
  • Lead networking activities and represent the company at industry events
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales & sales management
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • High technical aptitude
  • Strong people skills
  • Client focused
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience
