We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a high-activity environment and is ready to make an impact. This role offers a lucrative base salary plus high commission potential, making it an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Engage in heavy cold calling to generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
- Marketing Emails: Develop and send targeted marketing emails to potential clients to drive interest and generate leads.
- Business Walk-Ins: Visit businesses in person to connect with owners and HR representatives, presenting our insurance solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, adapting tactics as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and follow-up communications related to sales activities.
- Personality & Resilience: Must possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous, but not required. Experience in other sales roles or industries is also valued.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the insurance industry is not required but can be beneficial.
- Location Flexibility: Entry-level candidates must be able to work in Columbia, SC. Experienced candidates can work remotely, preferably with connections in city areas such as Charleston, Greenville, Rock Hill, or Savannah.
- Competitive Base Salary:$40-45k
