Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary role with the potential for permanent hire. This position supports daily operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating communications between departments and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage administrative workflows.
- Maintain records and update databases.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative experience (auto finance experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook (Auto IMS and RDN preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Fully onsite in Spartanburg, SC.
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility as needed).
