The recovery agent will work in the back-end of the loan process and work in a team environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a banking or finance background with exposure to the back-end of a loan process, specific to collections or repo. Experience:
- Exposure to collections and repossession in a banking or finance environment (highly preferred)
- Team player, works well in a group environment (required)
- Calm, even keeled personality (required)
- Works with a high attention to detail with each case (required)
- Candidate MUST be able to pass credit and background check (required)
