The recovery agent will work in the back-end of the loan process and work in a team environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a banking or finance background with exposure to the back-end of a loan process, specific to collections or repo. This position has an amazing benefits package and the role is open due to growth. 

Experience: 

  • Exposure to collections and repossession in a banking or finance environment (highly preferred)
  • Team player, works well in a group environment (required)
  • Calm, even keeled personality (required)
  • Works with a high attention to detail with each case (required)
  • Candidate MUST be able to pass credit and background check (required)
