Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at their main office. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Manage the flow of walk-in customers to improve efficiency.

  • Screen and prioritize calls for management.

  • Maintain logs for visitors and vendors entering the building.

  • Process administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.

  • Coordinate pavilion rentals and respond to related inquiries.

  • Assist with customer service and clerical support for the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least one year of data entry or administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.

  • Previous switchboard experience is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license required.


Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15/hr
