Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at their main office. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Manage the flow of walk-in customers to improve efficiency.

Screen and prioritize calls for management.

Maintain logs for visitors and vendors entering the building.

Process administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.

Coordinate pavilion rentals and respond to related inquiries.

Assist with customer service and clerical support for the department.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of data entry or administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Previous switchboard experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license required.
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15/hr
