Our client is looking for a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join their small, close-knit team of nurses and social workers. This role is essential in assisting seniors with accessing home care programs to help them remain in their homes instead of moving into nursing facilities. The ideal candidate would be a people-person who enjoys helping others and working in a team-oriented setting!
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, mailing, and faxing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications:
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls. 
  • Basic office skills (copying, scanning, faxing, mailing). 
  • Comfortable learning new processes and industry terminology. 
  • Reliable and able to work in-office full-time. 
Schedule: Full Time, 8:30-5 M-F, Onsite 100%
Pay: $12 per hour
