A well-known client in Northeast Columbia is looking to add a Receptionist to their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
  • Manage front desk activities, including handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Review submitted applications before scanning into the system
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory and order as needed
  • Reserve conference and set up conference rooms for office visits
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $12/hour with weekly pay
  • Basic health insurance while temporary employee with FGP
  • Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30 – 5 pm
