Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
- Manage front desk activities, including handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Review submitted applications before scanning into the system
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory and order as needed
- Reserve conference and set up conference rooms for office visits
- $12/hour with weekly pay
- Basic health insurance while temporary employee with FGP
- Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30 – 5 pm
