Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent clients at meetings, hearings and trials
- Collaborate with a team of other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Conduct research using legislation, case law, and other legal authorities
- Draft legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, contracts, leases, deeds, etc.
- Ensure client confidentiality
- Report hours spent on each assignment
- Pursue continuing education
Qualifications:
- Accredited law degree
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Capacity to perform under stress
- Strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 – $100,000, based on experience
