A well-established client in Columbia is hiring a Property Manager. They are looking for some specializing in Tax Credit and Affordable Housing. In this role the person would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of residential properties that participate in government-subsidized housing programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with program regulations while providing excellent service to tenants and maintaining the financial health of the properties.

Requirements:
- Property Management License
