This is an on-site, Direct Hire opportunity in Miami with benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence (phone, email, mail) and coordinate payments for accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and manage contracts, tenant files, and internal lease documents (e.g., lease abstracts).
- Oversee vendor maintenance issues and follow up on project statuses.
- Manage work orders, including tenant follow-ups and billing as needed.
- Track and follow up on tenant and vendor insurance certificates.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff for calendar management.
- Assist with report creation, record organization, and other office duties as assigned.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors, including scheduling tenant moves.
- High school diploma required; minimum 2 years of related administrative experience
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- 2+ years of commercial property management experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property accounting software.
