Our client in Miami, FL is hiring a Property Administrator supporting the office functions for an assigned property portfolio, ensuring efficient communication, payment coordination, and vendor management. The position also plays a key role in tenant relations and general office operations.
This is an on-site, Direct Hire opportunity in Miami with benefits!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence (phone, email, mail) and coordinate payments for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, tenant files, and internal lease documents (e.g., lease abstracts).
  • Oversee vendor maintenance issues and follow up on project statuses.
  • Manage work orders, including tenant follow-ups and billing as needed.
  • Track and follow up on tenant and vendor insurance certificates.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff for calendar management.
  • Assist with report creation, record organization, and other office duties as assigned.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors, including scheduling tenant moves.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; minimum 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams is a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property accounting software.
Compensation: $55,000-60,000

Schedule: On-site, M-F, 8am to 5pm
