Our production client is hiring a Production Coordinator to join their team in Greenville. The Production Coordinator ensures smooth communication between production, sales, and logistics to deliver customer orders on time and accurately.

This role focuses on managing inventory, coordinating product availability, and supporting the Sales Manager in fulfilling orders and providing customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Direct Hire position at $40,000-45,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels, addressing any shortages or excess stock.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with order processing and customer order tracking.
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to confirm and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of product allocations, inventory updates, and order details.
  • Act as a liaison between production and sales to manage customer needs and special requests.
  • Ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards through quality control support.
  • Communicate order status, specifications, and delivery schedules to customers.
  • Help generate sales reports.
  • Work with Supervisors and Management to streamline product flow and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in product coordination, inventory management, or sales support preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based position with visits to the plant 2 times a day for inventory.
  • Occasional time on the production floor and interaction with plant staff may be required.
  • Extended hours, including weekends and holidays, may be needed based on operational demands.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Compensation: $40,000-45,000
