This role focuses on managing inventory, coordinating product availability, and supporting the Sales Manager in fulfilling orders and providing customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Direct Hire position at $40,000-45,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, addressing any shortages or excess stock.
- Assist the Sales Manager with order processing and customer order tracking.
- Coordinate with the transportation team to confirm and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of product allocations, inventory updates, and order details.
- Act as a liaison between production and sales to manage customer needs and special requests.
- Ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards through quality control support.
- Communicate order status, specifications, and delivery schedules to customers.
- Help generate sales reports.
- Work with Supervisors and Management to streamline product flow and improve efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in product coordination, inventory management, or sales support preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Office-based position with visits to the plant 2 times a day for inventory.
- Occasional time on the production floor and interaction with plant staff may be required.
- Extended hours, including weekends and holidays, may be needed based on operational demands.
