We are seeking a Plant Controller for an innovative startup company in the manufacturing industry in Clayton, NC. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits. This role will oversee the financial aspects for the manufacturing plant.

- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Implement and maintain effective cost control procedures
- Oversee inventory accounting and valuation
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a financial management role
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
- Possesses strong Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Dynamics experience, a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
