Our client, a real estate developer in Greenville is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant/Business Support Manager to come alongside him in business coordination managing his schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the overall business operations and enhance the customer experience across all brand concepts.
  • Manage all communications, including email, direct interactions, and customer support for the various business units.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and corporate teams.
  • Provide strategic administrative assistance for brand initiatives and projects.
  • Organize, lead, and document weekly meetings.
  • Offer insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to address business challenges and support the achievement of company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage both personal and professional calendars and affairs.
  • This role requires approximately 20% travel to locations including Spartanburg, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
  • Run errands across town as needed – both personal and business
  • Help support social media
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements, create action plans, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting priorities based on changing circumstances.
  • Able to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
  • Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
Compensation:
  • $55,000-75,000

Schedule: On-site in Mauldin, M-F with exception
