Responsibilities:
- Process and manage weekly payroll across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including hourly rates, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and employee information changes.
- Handle payroll discrepancies, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations. Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll and employee information.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain key HR and Operations metrics, including labor costs, overtime tracking, and efficiency reports.
- Generate weekly reports to support leadership in decision-making.
- Work closely with HR and Operations leadership to improve data tracking and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations through data insights and audits.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
