Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process. Responsible for conducting E-verify process on each new hire.
- Enter and process new hires, changes, terminations (ensuring all documentation and paperwork meets legal compliance.
- Process bi-weekly payroll to one or more operations locations, to include, but not limited to, loading and auditing hours, processing and paying special pay scenarios.
- Process payroll reports for the Accounting Dept.
- Data entry with garnishments and other deductions
- Process and send applicable payroll reports
- Assist with insurance questions during open enrollment.
- Asist with HR Audits – EEOC; W/C.
- Filing of all reports/emails related to Payroll/On-boarding/Employee Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant payroll experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels within the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and handle confidential information
- $65,000 – $70,000
