A well-known client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong interpersonal, problem solving and organization skills. The Part-time Administrative Assistant would work 30hours/week Mon – Friday. Candidate must be able to work a set schedule between 8:30 and 5. The pay goes up to $25hr based on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to include completion of travel forms, procurement requests, and scheduling of meetings
- Track projects to include approval, project numbers, and budgets
- Manage contracts/agreements as they are routed for signature
- Connect with external parties as appropriate to ensure contract completion.
- Assist with planning for internal staff activities
Preferred Qualifications

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and general office equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team
