A well known client is looking to add an experienced Sales Representative to their team. This person will play a critical role in supporting the expansion and success of their portfolio. This is a high-energy, outbound-facing position focused on lead generation, customer engagement, quote development, and closing business across multiple glove lines including exam, general purpose, cleanroom, and polyurethane.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to be on the front lines of American manufacturing, and is eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Qualify leads and route opportunities to the appropriate sales team member or close directly
  • Develop and deliver quotes, product information, and samples
  • Track opportunities and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inbound leads and manage customer onboarding process
  •  Support sales strategy execution, including promotions, trade shows, and pricing initiatives
  • Assist in preparing RFP responses, distributor setup forms, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to support order fulfillment and satisfaction
  • Build product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite) preferred
  • Passion for U.S.-made manufacturing and supply chain resilience
  • Energetic, coachable, and highly motivated to grow within the organization
  • Comfortable speaking with procurement, clinical, or operational decision-makers
  • Experience in PPE, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B manufacturing markets is a plus
