Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Qualify leads and route opportunities to the appropriate sales team member or close directly
- Develop and deliver quotes, product information, and samples
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up on inbound leads and manage customer onboarding process
- Support sales strategy execution, including promotions, trade shows, and pricing initiatives
- Assist in preparing RFP responses, distributor setup forms, and customer documentation
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to support order fulfillment and satisfaction
- Build product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite) preferred
- Passion for U.S.-made manufacturing and supply chain resilience
- Energetic, coachable, and highly motivated to grow within the organization
- Comfortable speaking with procurement, clinical, or operational decision-makers
- Experience in PPE, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B manufacturing markets is a plus
