Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate for a client in Pasadena, California. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to quality service. The Operations Associate will collaborate with various departments to support operational goals and enhance overall productivity.
Duties:
- Prepare documents to be scanned into database including POA, Trusts, Legal Docs, and Letters of Intent
- Settle accounts of deceased customers including verifying information and ensuring correct beneficiary in the system
- Handle mail, issue to appropriate department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in banking or legal a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with inventory management systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
