Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to online inquiries, schedule consultations, and track potential member conversions.
- Assist in coordinating and managing wellness programs for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Regularly check in with gym members to track their progress, answer questions, and ensure they are satisfied with their training.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling for trainers and staff.
- Greet visitors, assist with membership sign-ups, and provide general support to gym members.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and scheduling tools.
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus!
