A well known client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and enhance client engagement in a fitness community. This role involves following up with online leads, assisting in their corporate wellness program, and ensuring clients are seeing progress in their training programs. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about health and fitness. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to online inquiries, schedule consultations, and track potential member conversions. 
  • Assist in coordinating and managing wellness programs for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups. 
  • Regularly check in with gym members to track their progress, answer questions, and ensure they are satisfied with their training. 
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling for trainers and staff. 
  • Greet visitors, assist with membership sign-ups, and provide general support to gym members. 
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and scheduling tools. 
  • Passion for health and fitness is a plus!
