Do you have experience working with mortgage loans or loan documents? We are looking for 3 fully remote Mortgage Servicing Specialists to join a team for a long term temporary opportunity to assist with 2024 Hurricane Claims Assistance. The ideal candidate will be located on the east coast and have a general knowledge of loan servicing. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with flexibility) 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and data entry experience 
  • General knowledge of loans (mortgage is ideal) 
  • Previous experience dealing with insurance related claims
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls 

Compensation

  • $20/hr – $25/hr
