Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant in Livingston, NJ. This is a permanent position offering a work hybrid schedule (2-3 days remote per week).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and coordinate travel for Partners & Associates.
  • Send approved communications on behalf of the Partner and Associates and a diverse range of administrative assignments.
  • Support work includes a high level of trust and gatekeeping of sensitive documents and external communication.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
  • Ability to e-file in PA and NJ (both PA & NJ State and Federal a plus)
  • Candidate must maintain independent judgment, strong problem solving and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and attention to detail is required.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $55,000 – $65,000 annual salary
