Summary:

We are looking to hire and advanced IT Technician (III) for a reputable client of ours based in Florence SC. This advanced-level IT-related support position includes helping internal and client users with troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and functionality of services and solutions provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support (email, chat, phone) via ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
  • Basic networking (GUI-based, VLAN, firewall, port forwarding, NAT)
  • Basic server support (mainly Windows)
  • Handle break/fix and basic networking tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:

  • Experience with server administration, networking, and Windows environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, AzureAD, and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
