We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a reputable company in Chester, SC. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits, company culture, incentives and a very healthy commission opportunity. 

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed incremental activity goals to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to solicit the sale of new or prospective customers
  • Greet and support walk-in traffic with customer service and sales needs
  • Listen to customer needs to help guide their selection of services
  • Educate the customer based off of their needs and what you learned to help them select the best solution
  • Build rapport with customers, initiate follow up conversations and stay connected until sales cycle is complete.
  • Attend and engage in team sales meetings and trainings to stay up to date on the latest product and pricing developments, business trends, and regulations in the marketplace
  • Accurately process cash and check payments for current and past-due bills by receiving payments, entering balances, and making deposits while adhering to cash handling policy
  • Fill out appropriate forms, determine charges for service requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
  • Edit and post adjustments and corrections to customer billing or services ordered
  • Investigate conditions preventing completion of service connection orders and take steps to resolve them

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months – 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
  • $16.50/hr – $18/hr + uncapped commission
