Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Onboarding: Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that helps new hires acclimate to our culture and enhances retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with business objectives.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify HR-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
