We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to join our team. This newly created role will be instrumental in supporting our growth by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, policy development, risk management, and employee records. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a thriving workplace and enhancing our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Onboarding: Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that helps new hires acclimate to our culture and enhances retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with business objectives.
  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify HR-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
