Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for all employee questions
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process
- Conduct orientations and training sessions
- Provide ongoing management trainings
- Review, improve, and effectively communicate policies and procedures
- Research and remain compliant with employment law
- Build strong internal relationships
- Manage the HRIS system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage confidential HR projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR databases, and HRIS systems (e.g. Alliance and Paylocity)
- In-depth understanding of talent acquisition tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and excellent time management
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000
