Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources operations. This individual will support various HR functions, including compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Support managers in completing evaluations and explaining the process
- Monitor and manage employee recognition and feedback processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems in accordance with legal requirements
- Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and assist with enrollment
- Manage leave requests, including FMLA, disability, and other time-off policies
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Participate in HR projects
- Assist in organizing employee events and wellness initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of experience in human resources or a related role
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEOC)
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS and ATS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Benefits & Compensation:
- $65,000 – $75,000
