As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and operational excellence across our client’s South Carolina footprint. You will be responsible for supporting the HR Director with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Additionally, you will foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Easley, SC.

- Report to the HR Director
- Provide administrative and hands-on support for HR initiatives
- Assist implantation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization
- Execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools and resources
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing employment practices, licensure, and accreditation standards
- Represent the organization externally, participating in industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in human resources, with a focus on healthcare highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in healthcare
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment and onboarding strategies, running job fairs, and employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience
