This is a Direct Hire position with benefits. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in-office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sending out new hire paperwork, handling the e-verify process, and benefits enrollment
- Pull payroll reports and help accounting with payroll submissions
- Create job ads and post on appropriate platforms
- Manage the drug screen results emails
- Update the HR policy handbook as directed
- High volume of communication between field managers
- Manage email distribution lists and send out employee monthly emails and newsletters
- Mail paychecks through FedEx, UPS, and USPS as directed
- Manage uniform ordering and distribution
- Previously admin experience ideally
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional communication skills
