A healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated, relational Regional Sales Manager to manage a territory of sales reps and referral partners. Healthcare sales experience and the ability to travel daily within the SC Upstate are required. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.
 
This is a full-time, direct hire leadership position.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach 4-6 sales reps
  • Recruit and train new sales reps
  • Travel within territory for client outreach
  • Share office and health fair presentations
  • Oversee community events planning
  • Complete competitive analysis
  • Set and exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in outside sales
  • Healthcare background required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Superb relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel throughout SC Upstate daily
 
Compensation & Benefits:  
  • $75,000 – $80,000 base salary
  • Commission opportunity
