Position: General Manager
  • Manage all aspects of logistics operations, ensure cost effective processes in warehousing, sequencing, kitting, and shuttle transportation
  • Operations are 3 shifts Sunday night through Friday
  • Strategic Leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee day to day logistics (transportation, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment)
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements
  • Develop and manage logistics budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost saving opportunities
  • Lead design and implementation of distribution processes
  • Logistics experience within automotive industry
  • 10+ years of Sr. Leadership operations experience
  • P&L Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Six Sigma/LEAN, preferred
  • Inventory/Warehouse Management, Distribution softwar
