Description:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for company’s products and processes
- Direct client-focused initiatives, prioritizing experience innovation
- Improve processes and systems related to day-to-day operations
- Manage company finances through budget management, financial planning, and performance analysis
- Network and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients and stakeholders
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and evaluations
- Handle payroll and benefits administration
- Foster a healthy, supportive, and high-performing culture with mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Manage and cultivate productive relationships with trade vendors while overseeing project management
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operational experience in the flooring industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, dependability, adaptability, and tactfulness
