A wealth management firm in Greenville is seeking an Advisor Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a stellar communicator, hard worker, and have a strong moral compass.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet clients
• Process new client account paperwork
• Make check deposits and cut checks
• File and scan client information
• Update client information into CRM system
• Manage other administrative duties when needed
Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 years experience in Finance/Wealth Management Industry
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments independently
• Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
• Knowledge of trade operations and money movement platforms
• Strong technology skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
