Responsibilities:
• Generates invoices
• Applies payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconciles accounts
• Monitors accounts for non-payments and analyzes bad debt
• Responsible for maintenance of various departmental projects
• Provides administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree preferred
• 2 – 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Ability to organize and problem solve
• Ability to understand and apply specific laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
Compensation:
• $20 – $23/hr
