As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s CEO and collaborating with senior leaders and department heads across the organization.
 
This position is onsite in Downtown Greenville. The organization offers a contributing retirement plan, vacation and holidays.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly webinars, including registration, speaker support, logistics, and recording distribution.
  • Support strategic planning logistics and manage calendars as assigned.
  • Conduct inquiry research and manage buyer and lead lists, including tagging in George.
  • Handle direct mail duties and client/team/event gifts as assigned.
  • Arrange travel for platform deals, including hotels, meals, and transportation.
  • Make company dinner reservations and manage email correspondence with prospects.
  • Prepare for meetings, including notes, follow-up emails, and reminders.
  • Conduct project support and research, and manage office supplies.
  • Schedule outside speaking engagements and handle associated marketing needs.
  • Provide administrative support for CEO’s company and personal tax obligations.
  • Administer company American Express, 401K plan, and Hinge Real Estate support.
  • Coordinate employee events and assist with CEO personal tasks, including family vacations.
  • Handle company deposits and prioritize tasks for leadership.
  • Support event planning and communication with stakeholders, and manage post-event evaluations.
  • Order and ship team materials and organize photography events as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work onsite in Downtown Greenville
  • 5+ years of administrative support
  • 2+ years of event coordination
  • 1+ year of client services
  • Bachelor’s degree
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $55,000-65,000
  • Contributing retirement plan
  • Vacations & holiday schedule
