As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s CEO and collaborating with senior leaders and department heads across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly webinars, including registration, speaker support, logistics, and recording distribution.
- Support strategic planning logistics and manage calendars as assigned.
- Conduct inquiry research and manage buyer and lead lists, including tagging in George.
- Handle direct mail duties and client/team/event gifts as assigned.
- Arrange travel for platform deals, including hotels, meals, and transportation.
- Make company dinner reservations and manage email correspondence with prospects.
- Prepare for meetings, including notes, follow-up emails, and reminders.
- Conduct project support and research, and manage office supplies.
- Schedule outside speaking engagements and handle associated marketing needs.
- Provide administrative support for CEO’s company and personal tax obligations.
- Administer company American Express, 401K plan, and Hinge Real Estate support.
- Coordinate employee events and assist with CEO personal tasks, including family vacations.
- Handle company deposits and prioritize tasks for leadership.
- Support event planning and communication with stakeholders, and manage post-event evaluations.
- Order and ship team materials and organize photography events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite in Downtown Greenville
- 5+ years of administrative support
- 2+ years of event coordination
- 1+ year of client services
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000-65,000
