Excellent opportunity for a Director of Operations to lead a team within a multi-site health care non-profit.  This position will work directly with the VP on all aspects of our programs and center operations.  We are looking for a problem solver and someone that will jump in anywhere needed to help take care of our patients and employees.  High multi-tasking, good listener, very hands on and high drive to help everyone be successful are important in this role.
 
The Director of Operations is responsible for working in coordination with the VP on the overall management of the healthcare facilities and program. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Supervision of Center managers
  • Assisting Center Directors with staffing issues
  • Recruitment and hiring
  • Scheduling for all centers
  • Supervises monthly production and collections
  • Maintains monthly reports
  • Supervises supply orders
  • Supervises staff attendance
  • Coordinates payroll
  • Handling of mail for accounts payable
  • Supervises overall housekeeping of centers
  • Supervises maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Keeps centers current with DHEC/OSHA policies
 
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about helping those in need and have a heart to serve
  • Dental office, Nursing or some healthcare experience preferred
  • Must be adept at meeting the public
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Supervisory skills/experience required
  • Should have typing skills, computer knowledge, including Excel, and fiscal management skills
