Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of new account sales. May work with marketing area to executive marketing strategy for new business in assigned territory. Compiles, approves, and delivers presentations and presents proposal packages for new groups.
- Works with underwriting for rate and fee development. Obtains client signoff on administrative service agreements.
- Responsible for relationships with consultants and brokers.
- Maintains strong service relationships with consultants and agents.
- Researches/compiles capabilities presentations and sales materials as needed.
- Coordinates client and agent product for renewal process.
- Responsible for value-based product development and sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of related experience.
- 7 years in healthcare insurance/program management, customer service.
- Department of Insurance Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire in state employed.
