We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and drive both strategic and operational HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & HR Operations:

  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and performance strategies, ensuring operational efficiency across all HR functions.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) while fostering employee engagement and well-being.

Talent Acquisition & Performance Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding and orientation process.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and continuous feedback, to drive high employee performance and retention.

Training, Development & Succession Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and promoting internal career growth.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation strategies and administer employee benefits programs in collaboration with third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate total rewards programs to ensure they align with the organization’s goals for attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including multi-state legal requirements.
  • Serve as the primary advisor on HR-related compliance, risk management, and conflict resolution, mitigating legal risks and addressing employee relations concerns.

Technology & Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, data management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify outsourcing opportunities and manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Work cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive key initiatives, set clear performance expectations, and cultivate a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in strategic and operational HR functions.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a multi-state or multi-location environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and experience implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to navigate change management, support a growing organization, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
