This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule based in Clemson, SC. Frequent local and out of state travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the liaison between the university development team and assigned department
- Qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards gifts from donors, alumni, and friends through annual visits
- Raises a minimum of $750K-$1.25M on an annual basis
- Coordinates cultivation, stewardship and donor engagement opportunities and events
- Establishes strong partnerships across the university
- Leads efforts for the unit for the upcoming capital campaign
- Collaborate with the marketing team for needed materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of fundraising, development, or sales experience
- Major gifts experience required
- Strong client relations skills
