Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and compliance by overseeing department functions, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company and regulatory standards
- Lead and support the team by supervising and developing individuals to foster a high-performing work environment
- Act as the primary contact for escalated issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining customer service standards
- Track KPIs, provide coaching, and implement training to enhance team effectiveness and continuous growth
- Identify workflow gaps, implement solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in collections or a related field
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
- Permanent/Direct Hire
Compensation:
- $25-28/hour + monthly commission bonus
