Our client in Columbia, SC, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist commercial and retail customers. This role primarily involves phone and email communication, with some in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
- Process orders, shipping, and receiving
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
- Provide product information and support
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Willingness to learn about the flag and signage industry
- Customer service experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- On-site in Columbia, SC
- $14–$15 per hour
- PTO
